Throughout my time at St. Bonaventure University, I had the opportunity to work on several projects where I was able to utilize classroom lessons and build on my leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
The Jandoli Institute 2020
Student in Synapse course
As a strategic communication senior, a group of classmates and I were challenged to create a strategic communication plan for the Jandoli Institute. This included establishing an identity for the institute, developing a SMART goal and observing the institute's strengths to recognize the benefits of enlisting thought leaders.

Giving Tuesday Social Media Campaign 2020
Social Media Manager
As the social media manager for the Franciscan Center for Social Concern, I trained the new social media interns and helped to develop a social media campaign for student giving on Giving Tuesday. This year, we chose to reach out to student leaders across campus to help us countdown to #GivingTuesdayAtBonas. Post insights increased throughout this campaign as well.
Projected Goal: $60,000
Raised: $69,364.56


The first countdown post reached 347 people.

The last countdown video reached 443 people.

Orientation Team 2019
Student Leader
My first year as a student leader on the orientation team for St. Bonaventure University challenged me to become a confident leader. This initial role taught me the value of a smooth transition from high school to college for both parents and students and allowed me to grow as a professional communicator and representative of my university. I participated in diversity and inclusion training and exercised my interpersonal skills to establish valuable connections with first-year students.

Social Media Intern
As the social media intern for the Franciscan Center for Social Concern, my most notable task was developing a social media campaign for student giving on Giving Tuesday. We utilized the social media app, TikTok, to raise awareness and inform our target audience about Giving Tuesday and how it benefits the FCSC.
#TikTokTuesday was our tagline for this campaign and we saw an increase in post interactions throughout this campaign.

Orientation Team 2019
Student Leader
My second year on the orientation team allowed me to interact with first-year students through an online setting which challenged my ability to create an engaging, informative, and communicable environment online. My role expanded in utilizing my technical Microsoft Excel and Office 365 skills to create and distribute informative itineraries to students and faculty throughout campus. This provided valuable managerial experience and strengthened my familiarity with data organization.
